All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage service.
Shipping addresses cannot be edited once an order is placed. If you enter the wrong address during checkout, please notify me as soon as possible and I will cancel the order for you (as long as it has not already been shipped). After the initial order is cancelled, you can then place your order again, using the correct shipping address.
If you paid with Paypal, your order can only be shipped to the address listed in PayPal on the sales invoice. If you need to ship to an address that is not currently listed in your PayPal account, please add the address to your account before purchasing (you can add multiple shipping addresses to your PayPal account. Please see the PayPal website for more information).
Orders usually ship 3-5 business days after payment is received. However, during the holiday season, order processing may take an extra day or two. If ordering gifts for the holidays, please allow sufficient time for order processing and shipping time.
Custom orders will take longer to ship, depending on the work being done and how many other custom orders were placed before yours.
Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is a safe and secure place for postal carriers to deliver packages to. Gailavira Jewelry is not responsible for packages that have been stolen, misplaced, or blown away by wind and other natural forces after an item is marked as delivered by the postal service.
